摘    要:针对目前底吹熔池熔炼过程中,如何改变喷枪结构起到强化搅拌目的的难题,采用数值模拟的方法建立了底吹熔池熔炼炉多相流非稳态数学模型,构建了多层栅栏结构的氧枪模型。计算结果表明,氧气底吹过程具有周期性,可分割成大气泡形成、气流柱形成和气流冲破熔池液面三个过程,并对有无栅栏喷枪结构在这三个过程下的相图、面平均湍动能、平均压力进行比对分析,结果表明多层栅栏枪口结构有助于强化熔池内部搅拌。

Abstract:To address strengthen mixing effect through changing gun structure during bottom blowing bath smelting process, molten pool melting furnace unsteady mathematical model of multiphase flow was established by numerical simulation method, and multilayer fence-structure model of oxygen gun was constructed. The calculation results show that oxygen bottom blowing process is cyclical, which can be divided into three procedures, i.e., large bubbles formation, airflow column formation, and airflow breaks through the pool level. Phase diagram, average surface turbulent kinetic energy and average pressure of oxygen gun with/without fence-structure during above mentioned three procedures were comparative analyzed. The results show that oxygen gun with multi-layer fence-structure helps to tighten internal mixing of molten bath.
