基于虚拟仪器的动态车削力模型研究

摘    要:将虚拟仪器技术引入车削过程,通过对实测数据进行回归分析,得出三向应变式车削测力仪各向灵敏度和交叉干扰度,应用叠加原理推导出测力系统的干扰方程,并采用分段校正技术对计算结果作进一步修正,从而构造出了消除应变式测力系统交叉干扰的车削力模型。试验证明,该模型基本能正确反映车削力信号与刀具状态及各种切削参数之间的关系。

Abstract:A cutting force model in turning,based on virtual instrument,is presented in this paper.A regressive method is used to analysis the measured data and to compute the sensitivities and the crossed degrees of in terfer-ence in three directions of the turning dynamometer of strain gauge.After that,the interference equations of the system is deduced by superposition principle,and modified further by subsection revise.It has been veri-fied through experimentation that the model correctly re veals the relationship between cutting force signals and tool condition as well as cutting parameters.
