| 摘 要： | 独立学院应用型人才培养方案特色化具有必要性和可行性.其特色化应从教学计划、课程体系、实践环节、师资队伍建设及教材体系建设等方面加以落实.独立学院只有坚持特色化发展道路,才会有竞争力,才能形成品牌,才能持续健康发展.

| Abstract: | It is necessary and feasible to make the application-oriented personnel training program of the independent college characteristic-rization.It could be implemented from the aspects of teaching programs,course systems,practice links,and the building consisting of teachers and textbooks.Only insists on the developing way of characteristic-rization,can an independent college have competitive strength,become a brand,and keep developing healthily. |
