| 摘 要： | 以专业的图形化设计管理软件VisualNet为平台,设计了电力通信资源管理系统,介绍了电力通信资源图库的建库方法以及如何利用该系统进行设备查询定位、资产统计管理等操作。软件基于VisualNet平台设计,无需编程和二次开发,拥有其他从底层开发的软件所无法比拟的快捷的实现过程、良好的图形化效果和便捷的管理功能。
