摘    要:本文研究了58面椭圆形宝石的几何设计与研磨加工问题,提出了宝石多面体几何模拟构造的一般准则,并用先分离变量后逐步离散化求不定方程解的方法导出了完整的宝石几何参数分析计算公式。在此基础上,文章的后半部分讨论了宝石类多面体研磨夹具设计问题,提出了两种简单实用的夹具设计方案。

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the design of geometric model of 58-facet brilliant gemstone and its grinding method, presents the general principle of the construction of the gemstone polyhedron, and deduces some formulae for the geometric calculation by using the separate method and the discrete method of unknowns to solve the indeterminate equation. In the end of the paper, the grinding method of gemstone polyhedron is discussed and two simple clamps are proposed.
