摘    要:本文通过对系列氢含量试样的缓慢拉伸试验,研究了70Cr3Mo冷轧支承辊钢的氢致脆化。得到结果如下:(1)随钢中氢含量的增加和应变速率的减慢,钢的塑性急剧下降。当钢中氢含量达6ml/700g,应变速率达3×10 -5s -1时,70Cr3Mo钢的塑性几乎完全丧失;(2)70Cr3Mo钢的无白点极限含氢量为3ml/100g,无氢脆极限含氢量为1.48ml/100g;(3)缓慢拉伸白点为与基体组织有明显交界的近椭圆斑点,其内部显微形貌的以凸起,走向比较明确的撕裂岭和短小,弯曲的准解理小平面构成的穿晶准解理。

Abstract:The Hydrogen-induced embrilttlement of cold supporting roll steel 70Cr3Mo was studied by means of slow tensile of specimen with various hydrogen contents. The results show: (1)with the increase of hydrogen contents in the steel and the retardation of strain rate, its plasticity drops sharply till almost wholly lost when hydrogen was 6ml/100g and strain rate was down to 3×10 -5s -1.(2)The hydrogen content of the steel to free flack or hydrogen-included embitterment is limited to 3.0 or 1.48ml/100g respectively .(3)The flack is slow tensile test specimen revealed similar elliptical freckles and sharp boundaries. The micro morphology is Tran granular quasi-cleavage consisting of clear leering ridges and tiny, winding quasi-cleavage pleases.
