肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎的作用机理及疗效观察

目的：探讨肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎的作用机理及疗效．方法：随机将60例肾炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例．24小时尿蛋白〈1g者，仅用雷公藤多甙片、其他病人均根据肾活检报告使用强的松。治疗组在上述基础上加服肾炎康复片，并在治疗前后测24小时尿蛋白、尿红细胞、尿NAG酶、肾功、血浆白蛋白、血脂及免疫球蛋白、G等。结果：治疗组有效率87．6％，与对照组相比差异显著，P〈0．05结论：肾炎康复片益气养阴、活血化瘀、清热利湿的作用与激素、雷公藤多甙片合用可扬长避短增加疗效，适用于肾小球肾炎病人长期治疗、调养。

Observation on Efficiency and Mechanism of Shenyankangfu tablet on Glomerulonephritis

Objective: To explore the curative effect and mechanism of shenyankangfu tablet(SYKFT) in the treatment of glomerulonephritis (GN). Methods: Sixty cases with GN were divided into the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) at random. Patients whose 24 h urinary protein quantity were under 1 g were treated only with Tripterygium Wilfordii (TW). The others were treated with prednisone according to renal biopsy report. The treatment group were treated with SYKFT on the base of treatment of prednisons or TW. 24 h urinary protein quantity, urine red blood cell mumber, NAG, renal function, blood albumin, blood lipidemia, immunoglobulin, C_3 were observed before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 87.6% in the treatment group. The effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: SYKET with prednisene and TW would strengthen the curative effect, suited for long term therapy on patients with GN.
