基于Lab Windows/CVI的旋转扭矩无线数据采集系统的设计

摘    要:利用AduC812高性能单片机和发射与接收芯片nRF2401组成的采集系统实现了对实验台旋转轴扭矩的无线检测。应用IabWindows/CVI开发了采集系统的软件,对采集到的扭矩数据进行分析处理。实际试验的测试表明,设计的扭矩无线数据采集系统所测得的数据可靠性高。

Abstract:Making use of the acquisition system composed by the AduC812 high-performance single chip and launching and receiving chip nRF2401,the rotation axis of experimenetation wireless torque detection is achieved.The acquisition system software developed with Lab Windows/CVI is used to analyze and process torque data.Actual experiments show that the data acquired with the designed acquisition system is of high reliability.
