针刺配合吞咽训练治疗脑血管意外后吞咽困难疗效观察

目的观察针刺配合吞咽训练治疗脑血管意外后吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法将45例脑血管意外后吞咽困难患者随机分为治疗组23和对照组22例。在常规药物治疗的基础上,治疗组采用针刺配合吞咽训练治疗,对照组采用单纯吞咽训练治疗。采用洼田饮水试验、临床疗效评价等方法评定康复疗效。结果治疗组治疗后洼田饮水试验评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组为86.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合吞咽训练是一种治疗脑血管意外后吞咽困难的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Acupuncture plus Swallowing Training for Deglutition Disorder Due to Cerebrovascular Accident

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus swallowing training in treating deglutition disorder caused by cerebrovascular diseases. Method Forty-five patients with deglutition disorder caused by cerebrovascular accident were randomized into a treatment group of 23 cases and a control group of 22 cases. In addition to the basic medication, the treatment group received acupuncture plus swallowing training, and the control group only received swallowing training. The Watian water drinking test and therapeutic evaluation were used to assess the rehabilitation efficacy. Result In comparing the water drinking test score, the result in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 95.7% in the treatment group versus 86.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus swallowing training is an effective method in treating deglutition disorder due to cerebrovascular accident.
