工业化苯乙烯催化剂的研究

摘    要:根据热力学和宏观动力学的基础理论,应用现代智能方法和CAD催化剂设计,尤其是人工神经网络ANN技术并结合传统的催化剂研究方法,开发出新一代乙苯脱氢GS系列催化剂,其中GS-08型催化剂的乙苯转化率为64%~66%,苯乙烯选择性为97.3%~98.0%,使用寿命大于2a。该催化剂已替代国外进口催化剂在大连10万t/a和广州石化8万t/a苯乙烯装置上进行了成功应用。运行结果表明:GS系列催化剂的转化率与进口催化剂相当,选择性则略优。目前,该催化剂在齐鲁石化新建20万t/a苯乙烯装置上得到了应用。

Abstract:According to the basic theory of thermodynamics and kinetics, using traditional method and modern integrated method and computer aid design method, the new type GS series catalyst of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation were developed. Especially using artificial neural networks model, the new type catalyst performance were estimated very well. The GS -08 catalyst in large scale industry styrene plant was a new type catalyst which ethylbenzene activity was 64% - 66% and styrene selectivity was 97. 3% - 98. 0% . Using GS - 08 catalyst of styrene, the process was stably for 2 years at least. The GS - 08 catalyst was used not only in SINOPEC Dalian 100 kt/a styrene plant , but also in SINOPEC Guangzhou 80 kt/a styrene plant. Otherwise the GS - 08 catalyst was used in a new 200 kt/a styrene plant of SINOPEC Qilu also.
