基于工资差异的技术创新外包策略模型

摘    要:技术创新外包可能导致技术溢出,使竞争对手获得溢出效应,因此,降低溢出影响是企业面临的一个重要问题.建立了基于工资差异的技术创新外包策略模型,分析了企业的外包策略优化问题.研究表明:外包企业增加自身创新人员数量会减小竞争对手获得技术溢出的影响系数;外包企业外包量增加和创新承包商创新人员工资降低都会减少竞争对手对创新人员的需求.

Abstract:Technological innovation outsourcing can bring technology spillover,and rivals can attain spillover effect,so the enterprise is confronted with an important problem of how to reduce spillover effect.When R&D personnel's flow results in technology spillover,a strategic model of technical innovation outsourcing based on wage difference is established,which optimizes enterprise's outsourcing strategy.The research indicates that the increase of R&D personnel's quantity of the outsourcing enterprise can reduce affected coefficient which rivals attain;demand of rival's R&D personnel,outsourcing quantity of the enterprise's technical innovation and R&D personnel's wage of the contractor also have a relation.
