冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

目的探讨检测冠心病(CHD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的临床意义。方法 56例CHD患者,按临床诊断分为急性心肌梗死组(AMI)26例、不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)18例、稳定性心绞痛组(SAP)12例,以及对照组20例。测定Hcy和hs-CRP含量。结果CHD各组Hcy、hs-CRP含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Hcy、hs-CRP含量以AMI组为最高,显著高于UAP、SAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy和hs-CRP与ACS关系密切,联合检测对CHD的诊断及疗效监测有重要的临床实用价值。

Clinical Significance of the Test of Serum Homocysteine and High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 56 cases of CHD patients were divided according to clinical diagnosis into acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group of 26 cases,unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group of 18 cases,stable angina pectoris(SAP)group of 12 cases,and the control group of 20 cases.Hcy and hs-CRP levels were measured.Results CHD groups Hcy,CRP levels were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Hcy,hs-CRP levels in AMI group was the highest,significantly higher than the UAP and SAP group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hcy and hs-CRP are closely related with ACS.The combined detection has important clinical value to the diagnosis and therapeutic effect monitoring of CHD.
