黄芩苷对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响

目的观察黄芩苷对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的免疫相关因子释放的影响。方法从BALB/c小鼠的腹腔分离巨噬细胞进行原代细胞培养,往细胞中加入不同剂量的黄芩苷,检测腹腔巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及白介素1(IL-1)的含量。结果黄芩苷能够显著的减少在LPS刺激下的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞NO、TNF-α和IL-1的释放,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论黄芩苷能够减少腹腔巨噬细胞的免疫相关因子的释放,可能是其抗炎免疫作用的分子机制。

Effect of Baicalin on Functions of Peritoneal Macrophages in Mice

Objective To observe the effect of Baicalin on effector molecμLe production released by mice peritoneal macrophages.Methods Macrophages were isolated from the peritoneal cavity of BALB/c mice and the primary culture was peformed.MTT colorimetry and spectophotometry were used to examine the effects of Baicalin on the release of effector molecμLes,such as nitric oxide（NO）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,and interleukin-1（IL-1） by peritoneal macrophages.Results Baicalin could signifi cantly reduce the release of NO,TNF-α and IL-1 by macrophages stimμLated by LPS.Conclusion Baicalin had anti-Inflammatory and immunological action that may be a mechanism related to reduce the release of cytokine by macrophages.
