双排推杆式渗碳炉设计的改进

摘    要:新双排推杆式渗碳炉改进设计,采用加长渗碳炉长度,增加炉内料盘数量的方法,可以使渗碳炉Ⅴ区内零件的实际温度降至淬火温度,解决了渗碳零件因生产周期较短而造成的金相组织级别超差问题,降低了渗碳零件的淬火畸变,并提高了热处理生产效率.

Abstract:The design of a new double track pusher carburizing furnace was improved. By increasing the length of furnace and quantity of load plate in the furnace, real temperature of parts in V zone of furnace can be lowered to quenching temperature. Exceeded tolerance problem of microstructure class in carburizing parts caused by short production cycle can be solved, quenching distortion of the carburizing parts can be decreased, and production efficiency of heat treatment can be improved.
