| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT在胃肠道穿孔诊断中的价值。方法:对临床拟诊消化道穿孔的患者,先做常规腹部立位片,常规X片无阳性发现者,进一步做64排螺旋CT。结果:拟诊急性胃肠道穿孔而腹部立位平片阴性的22例急诊患者,CT均有穿孔的阳性发现。结论:64排螺旋CT是诊断胃肠道穿孔的有效补充手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation.Method Clinical diagnosed patients with gastrointestinal perforation first did conventional abdominal orthostatic sheet,the conventional X films negative findings,further did a 64-slice spiral CT.Results The results of 22 cases of orthostatic emergency patients in our hospital from September 2009 to June 2012 intended to diagnosed as acute gastrointestinal perforation and had negative findings of abdominal plain film,had the positive findings of CT.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT is effective additional means of diagnosing gastrointestinal perforation. |
