左卡尼汀与曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效比较

目的:探讨左卡尼汀和曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:将住院的122例老年心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,在常规治疗心力衰竭的基础上分别加用曲美他嗪和左卡尼汀。结果:左卡尼汀组治疗的有效率明显高于曲美他嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左卡尼汀组和曲美他嗪组治疗前后,血浆脑钠肽水平均有所下降,但左卡尼汀组较曲美他嗪组下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组每搏量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)和左室射血分数(LVEF)治疗后均较治疗前有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现相关不良反应。结论:左卡尼汀和曲美他嗪均可改善临床症状,无负性肌力作用,对心功能不全患者尤其对血管活性药物不良反应不能耐受的患者使用具有更大的临床意义。

Left-carnitine and trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure:a comparative study

Objective To analyze the effect of left-carnitine and trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Method 122 patients with CHF were randomly divided into 2 groups,left-carnitine group(n=61) and trimetazidine group(n=61).All of them were treated by standard treatment.Results Effective rate of left-carnitine group was higher than trimetazidine group.The levels of natriuretic peptide were decreased after treatment,but the efficacy of left-carnitine group was better than trimetazidine group.The changes of stroke volume(SV)、cardiac index(CI)、left ventricular fraction shortening(FS),ejection fraction(LVEF) were significantly improved after therapy in two groups.Conclusion The heart function was more improved after adding left-carnitine and Trimetazidine to the conventional treatment.
