摘    要:以丙三醇、三氯氧磷为原料合成了丙三醇双磷酸酯二磷酰氯(GDD),然后将GDD与三聚氰胺反应合成了一种新型磷一氮系“三位一体”膨胀型阻燃剂一丙三醇双磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐(GDM)。研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等对GDD、GDM收率的影响。合成GDD的最佳工艺条件为反应温度318K,nGGLY:nPOC=1:1,反应时间1.5h。以三乙胺为缚酸剂,GDD与三聚氰胺在313K下反应2h可以得到GDM。该阻燃剂在抗静电涂料等领域有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:Glycerol diphosphonate of melamine (GDM),a novel intumescent flame retardant, is synthesized from melamine (MEL) and glycerol diphosphonate dichloride(GDD) which is prepared from glycerol(GLY) and phos- phorous oxychloride (POC) in the presence of organic solvent. The effects of molar ratio, reaction temperature, time and other factors on the product yields are studied, and the optimal condition is obtained. The results indi- cate that the optimal conditions of synthesis of GDD are that nGGLY:nPOC=1:1, reacting at 318 K for 1.5 h; GDM is synthesized at 313 K for 2 h. This intumescent flame refardant has a potential application in the antistatic coating field.
