催产素对大鼠惊吓应激和习惯化的影响

通过外周肌注和侧脑室埋植导管给予催产素（ＯＴ）两种方法，观察分析ＯＴ对大鼠基础心率，惊吓应激和习惯化的影响．结果显示：（１）两种方法给予ＯＴ，均使大鼠的基础心率下降，但仅有外周肌注达到统计学差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；（２）利用噪声作为外界刺激源，以心率改变作为惊吓应激反应的指标，可见肌注ＯＴ明显减弱雌性大鼠的惊吓应激反应；（３）以心率不变作为习惯化建立的指标，我们发现，两种给药方法均对大鼠的习惯化有明显的抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）．

Effect of Oxytocin on the Freghtened Stress and Habituation in Rat

Experiment concerns with the effect of oxytocinon the freghtened-stress,habituation and heart rate in rat,by ventriculus lateralis cerebri and intramuscular injection.The results are as follows:(1)Both of injecting methods lowered the heart rate in rat,but only intramuscular injecting OT decreased heart rate markedly(P<0.01);(2)Intramuscular injecting OT obviously reduced the frightened-stress in female rat;(3) Both injecting methods much obviosly inhibited the rat's habituation(P<0.01).
