| 摘 要： | 大鼠灌服雪莲虫草精，动物抗凝血能明显提高ＮＫ细胞活性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。１．２５ｇ／ｋｇ剂量组动物血清可提高ＩＬ－２活性（Ｐ＜０．０５），但７．５、３．７５ｇ／ｋｇ剂量组作用不明显，相反有一定抑制作用。

| Abstract: | dopting MTT clolorimetric method.we found that foliowing Xuelian Chongcao Jing was given ig to rat at dosageof 1.25. 3.75. 7.5g/kg. rai's antieogulant blood could inerease the activation of natural killer cells and its serum(1.25g/kg) could increase the activation of IL-2. but its serum (3.75. 7.5g/kg) was found to dectease it. its mechanism of action need a study. |
