La对纯净钢抗高温氧化性能的影响

摘    要:以稀土为微合金化元素,加入到纯净钢中,研究了La对纯净钢抗高温氧化性能的影响,并分析了稀土改善纯净钢的抗高温氧化性能的机理.实验结果表明,稀土La的加入,使氧化膜晶粒明显细化,与基体间结合力增强;明显改善了纯净钢的高温抗氧化性能.

Abstract:Using rare earth as mlcro-aLloying element, RE alloys were added to purity steel. The effect of RE on the high temperature oxidation of purity steel was studied. The experimintal results show that the graihs of oxide are re.freed by adding RE, and the adhesion between oxidation layer and matrix is enhanced, thus, the high temperature oxidation of purity steel has obviously been improved.
