摘    要:为了展现除尘系统中影响粉尘粘结力的众多因素各自起着什么作用,将一些简单的表达式假定为定量,采用较少变量来描述各种力的变化趋势,从而可以直接了解改变其中一个因素对粘结力产生的影响。用MATLAB语言形成三维图象显示粘结力的变化趋势,通过图象可以看到显示的结果和理论分析相吻合,为直观的辨识单个因素是如何影响总的粘结力提供了手段。

Abstract:In order to clearly display the effect of the factors impacting the cohesive force of dust for electrostatic precipitator,some simple expressions are assumed as quantifies,and a few variables are used to describe the changing trends of various forces,so the effect caused by the change of one of the affecting factors on the adhesive force of dust can be directly determined.The three-dimensional images produced by MATLAB language are used to show the trends of cohesive force of dust,the showed results are in accordance with the theoretical analysis,it provides a way to visual identify individual factor how to affect the overall cohesive force of dust.
