| 摘 要： | 如何完善和改革现有本科院校的人才培养模式,以进一步提高高等教育质量,是亟待解决的现实问题。本论文针对材料科学与工程专业已经实施的"3+1"人才培养模式改革中存在的管理问题,进一步探索以人为本,有利于学生个性化发展的课程体系、实践教学体系和考核体系等的管理办法。

| Abstract: | How to reform and improve the original undergraduate talents cultivation mode and enhance the quality of higher education further was needed to resolve.Aimed at some problems of undergraduate ＂3＋1＂ talents cultivation mode reform in school of Materials Science and Engineering,the approach to teaching management for people-oriented and conducive to students＇ personality development in curriculum system,practice teaching system and evaluation system was explored further. |
