子弹长度对SHPB测试影响的有限元模拟

摘    要:基于三维弹塑性有限元模型,采用动态显式算法模拟一系列不同长度子弹以相同速度打击 AL6061-T6铝合金试样的分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验,得到了试样的应力-应变关系.与实验结果对比,两者吻合较好,验证了SHPB测试原理的合理性.模拟结果表明,子弹长度越长,试样的最大应力和塑性变形越大.

Abstract:Based on 3D elastic plastic finite element model,split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) experiment on the AL6061-T6 with a series of varying length of striker bar,is simulated under the identical velocity by using dynamic explicit algorithm. The stress-strain response of specimen is obtained. Comparison with the experimental results,computational ones has better agreement,as verifies the measurement principle of SHPB.
