| Abstract: | The term "harmonious society" first appeared in Zuo's Spring and autumn Annals. Taking the connotation of harmonious society and Dongguan's actual situation into consideration, the author, in this paper, explored the solutions to the problem of establishing harmonious society in Dongguan city, pointing out that the key lies in the correct disposition of three relationships between labour and capital, between the rich and the poor, and between officials and civilians. |
