图书馆员文献信息服务的道德原则

图书馆员的工作对象既有图书资料,又有直接接触的读者和间接面对的社会。后者决定了图书馆员具有服务者角色和应该承担文献信息服务的道德责任。为了实现提供文献信息服务的道德责任,图书馆员应该遵守奉献原则、服务原则、平等原则和私密原则。

On the Morality Principle of Literature Service Offered by the Librarians

Librarians' working objects are not only the books but also the readers whom the librarians face directly and the society that they face indirectly,the latter of which decides that the role of a server that librarians should act as and the moral responsibility that they should shoulder.In order to accomplish the moral responsibility,librarians should follow the principles of devotion, service,equality,and secrecy as well.
