| 摘 要： | 目的:了解广州市海珠区中老年人对社区康复相关知识的知晓状况,为高成效的开展社区康复提供依据。方法:2016年8月~2017年8月随机抽取5个社区40岁以上的中老年人584名,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,内容包括:一般情况、社区康复相关知识。以中老年人社区康复知识得分应变量,一般情况为自变量进行回归分析,筛选有统计学意义的影响因素。结果:69.9%社区康复知识测评得分为差,21.9%为一般,8.2%为好;受调查对象的得分与其文化程度,本人/家属有无医学背景、有无接受过康复治疗和社区康复、有无接受过社区康复宣传密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:海珠区中老年人对社区康复的知晓度较低,相关部门应采取有效措施加强社区康复的建设和宣传,提高公众对社区康复的知晓度,为社区康复的普及和推广奠定基础。
