高锰酸钾褪色分光光度法测定泛昔洛韦

摘    要:采用高锰酸钾褪色分光光度法测定泛昔洛韦。在硫酸介质中,高锰酸钾能够氧化泛昔洛韦而使自身颜色发生明显变化,且吸光度的变化值与泛昔洛韦的浓度呈线性关系。在测定波长525nm处,泛昔洛韦的浓度在2×10^-5-7x10^-4mol·L^-1范围内符合比尔定律。方法的检出限为3.8×1O^-6mol·L^-1将该方法用于药物制剂和尿液中是昔洛韦浓度的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The determination of famciclovir was carried out by spectrophotometry based on the discoloration of potassium permanganate. It was found that the discoloration of potassium per- manganate caused by the famciclovir reduction in H2SO4 medium was proportional,to the amount of famciclovir. The concentration of famciclovir in the range of 2 ×10^-5-7 × 10^-4 mol· L^-1 o- beyed Beer's law at the wavelength of 525 nm. The detection limit of this method was 3.8 × 10^-6 tool - L^-1. The method was used in the determination of famciclovir in medicine samples and hu- man urine with satisfactory results.
