摘    要:运用有限元ALGOR软件建立水泥罐装车走道踏板结构的有限元模型,并对该走道踏板的静态特性进行仿真分析,分析结果符合实际情况。进一步提出改进方案:根据踏板支撑板承受载荷时的应力分布情况,改变踏板的宽带和厚度、改变支撑板的形状,为后续轻量化设计提供了理论依据,有效防止断裂或滥用材料的现象发生,对同类零部件的设计有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The finite element ALGOR software is adopted to build the finite element model for the structure of cement tanker walkway pedal, and simulation is made to analyze the static character- istics of the pedal. Simulation results accord with the actual situation. An improved scheme was put forward where the width and thickness of the pedal are changed in accordance with the distri- bution of stress that the pedal hears. It can provide theoretical basis for the follow-up lightweight design, prevent fracture or the abuse of materials effectively, and serve as references for the design of similar parts.
