| 摘 要： | 结合某焦化、甲醇EPC工程总承包项目的采购实践,分析了项目采购盈利的原因及相关采购经验;着重从质量、进度、费用控制三大方面阐述了有关控制措施和加强采购管理所带来的经济效益;采购工作的质量、进度、费用三大控制紧密相连,只有做好三者的有机统一,才能发挥出采购的重要作用。
