摘    要:针对传统服装零售业竞争加剧的现状,分析其零售店铺存在的主要问题,揭示我国小型服装店铺的市场机遇,并从产品定位、发展产业集群、扩展网络营销渠道、人才培养等方面提出打造传统小型服装店铺的发展策略。

Abstract:For the competition status of traditional clothing retail, the main existing problems of clothing retail stores were analyzeck It revealed the market opportunities of small clothing shop in China. The development strategy of traditional small clothing store was proposed from the aspects of product positioning, development of industrial cluster, extension of network marketing channels and talent training.
