| 摘 要： | 使用安定片剂对146例高热惊厥患儿进行预防性治疗,随访时间为1～5年,预防组22例共复发34次,对照组128例,52例共复发98次,其复发的病例数及复发的次数与预防组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。安定对减少高热惊厥的复发确有良好的预防效果。

| Abstract: | A series of 146 children with febrile convulsions (FC) received prophylactic treat ment of diazepam(DZP). During 1-5 years for follow up,22 cases of prophylactic group suffered 34 times of attack in recurrence of FC. 52 cases of 128 ones in control group suffered 98 times. The difference in case number and recurrent rates between the prophylactic and control groups was high ly significace ( P <0. 01). DZP was found to be considerably effective in reducing the risk of recur rence of FC. |
