中西医结合治疗胆汁返流性胃炎临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的100例胆汁反流性胃炎患者作为观察对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组患者进行常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用中医治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的有效率为92%,明显高于对照组的76%,两组有效率比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率为6%,较对照组22%的复发率低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胆汁反流性胃炎应用中西医结合治疗有着良好的治疗效果,且复发率低,可以在临床上广泛推广。

Clinical observation on treating bile reflux gastritis in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrative medicine on bile reflux gastritis. Methods：From December 2010 to December 2012, 100 patients with bile reflux gastritis were observed and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was treated with conventional modern medicine treatment, observation group was given TCM treatment based on the control group. To observe the efficacy of two groups. Results：The efficiency of observation group was 92%, significantly higher than 76%in control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of observation group was 6%lower than 22%in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application of integrative medicine has a good therapeutic effect on bile reflux gastritis, with low recurrence rate, can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
