电针养老穴治疗急性腰扭伤42例

目的:观察电针养老穴治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将84例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组使用电针养老穴治疗,对照组电针委中、肾俞、大肠俞治疗。结果:临床疗效上治疗组有效率为95.24%,对照组有效率为71.43%,二者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针养老穴,与电针委中、肾俞、大肠俞治疗急性腰扭伤,均有显著疗效,但电针养老穴治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效优于传统穴位。

Treating 42 cases of acute lumbar sprain by Yanglao acupoint electroacupuncture

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yanglao（SI 6） electroacupuncture for treating acute lumbar sprain. Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint Yanglao （SI 6） electroacupuncture. While the control group was treated with the electroacupuncture, and the acupoints were Weizhong （BL 40） Shenshu （BL 23） Dachangshu （BL 25）. Results：The efficacy rate was 95.24%in the treatment group and 71.43%in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Both point Yanglao （SI 6） electroacupuncture and acupoints Weizhong （BL 40） Shenshu （BL 23） Dachangshu （BL 25） electroacupuncture have a marked efficaly on acute lumbar sprain, but the effects are better of the acupoint Yanglao electroacupuncture.
