康复训练与电针理疗综合治疗早期周围性面瘫

目的:观察康复训练与电针、理疗综合治疗早期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的102例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(52例),对照组采用针灸理疗治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加康复训练和电针。结果:治疗4周后,在面神经功能分级上、在治愈率和总有效率上,治疗组均优于对照组,二者相比有显著差异(P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论:康复训练结合电针、理疗综合治疗周围性面瘫有较好的效果。

Treating peripheral facial paralysis by comprehensive treatment

Objective： To observe the rehabilitation and acupuncture, physiotherapy comprehensive treatment of peripheral facial paralysis early clinical efficacy. Methods： 102 cases of compliant peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treated group （50 cases） and control group （52 cases）. And control group accepted acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment, the treated group was given rehabilitation and EA based on the control group. Results： After 4 weeks, the facial nerve function classification, in the cure rate and total efficiency, the treated group was better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01, P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The rehabilitation training combined with electro-acupuncture, physiotherapy comprehensive treatment has a good effect on peripheral facial paralysis.
