面向大批量定制的产品设计方法研究

摘    要:面向大批量定制的产品设计是企业成功实施大批量定制的关键环节。介绍了 4种主要的面向大批量定制的产品设计方法 ,即在已有产品结构和模块基础上的产品配置设计 ;在已有产品结构和模块基础上 ,根据用户需求对模块的尺寸进行变化的产品变型设计 ;根据用户需求选择产品结构和模块的产品组合设计 ;用户需求变化较大时的产品创新设计。并对这 4种设计方法进行了比较。

Abstract:The product design for mass customization is the key to successfully implement mass customization in enterprises. The paper introduced four kinds of product design methods for mass customization. Product collocation design is a method which is based on preexisting product configuration and modules. Product variation design is a method which is not only based on preexisting product configuration and modules but also on the diversification of the module size according to the different demands of customers. Product combination design chooses product configuration and modules according to the requirements of customers. And when there are great changes in customer demands, product innovation design is used. The features of the four design methods were compared in the end.
