摘    要:对PET容器氧气透过性能测试方法进行了验证。通过对PET瓶、改性PET瓶、PEN瓶在不同的试验环境下进行氧气透过性测试,将所得数据进行比较,结果表明:在开放环境(空气中)测试的数据稳定性很好,并且该方法所测数据与在纯氧环境下测试所得的氧气透过量数据无显著差异。经过对市面上某些PET阻隔容器的测试,发现一些涂层PET、PET/PEN共混瓶已经具有较高的氧气阻隔性,具有应用于啤酒包装的潜能。

Abstract:The oxygen gas transmission property test method of plastic vessels for PET Plastic Vessels is verified in this paper.The oxygen permeance of PET bottle, modified PET bottle and PEN bottle are tested in different environment(air and 100% oxygen).By comparing the test results of these two methods, testing in air comes to more stable data.And the permeance in air has no obvious difference with the result in 100%oxygen. The test on some PET barrier vessels also shows that, some coated PET bottle and PET/PEN blended bottle already have high barrier property and have application potential in beer packaging.
