木器涂料用环保型苯丙微乳液的研制

摘    要:采用反应性乳化剂通过种子乳液聚合制备木器涂料用苯丙微乳液。研究了乳化剂配比、功能性单体、引发剂体系对乳液和涂膜的影响,并用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对乳液组成进行表征。研究发现反应型乳化剂可制备稳定性良好的纳米级乳液,涂膜有较好的耐水性;采用热引发与氧化-还原引发剂体系组成复合引发剂,可使单体转化率达到99.2%。

Abstract:The title styrene/acrylic microemulsion for wood coatings has been prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with reactive emulsifiers. The influence of emulsifier composition, functional monomers and initiator system on the properties of emulsion and the coatings film is discussed. The emulsion composition is characterized by use of FT-IR. It is found that the reactive emulsifier can be used to prepare stable nano-scale emulsion, which will further formulate a good water resistant coatings film, and the monomer conversion rate will be up to 99.2% if a compound initiator system (thermal and redox initiators) is used.
