| 摘 要： | 大钩是钻井作业中必不可少的起重设备,它的安全运行至关重要。将大钩的实际高度转换为编码器的计数输入到PLC中,通过PLC的控制作用,系统作出相应的动作,实现大钩运行在安全范围内。再采用WinCC flexible组态软件组及仿真。 |

| Abstract: | Hook is a lifting equipment of well drilling, and its safety operation is very important. In the design, the actual height of the hook is tranferred to encoder count and input to the PLC. The system should make corresponding action through the PLC control and realize the hook running in the safe height. And WinCC flexible configuration software and simulation are also applied. |
