制氢装置尾气中二氧化碳的回收和利用

二氧化碳是重要的温室气体，可导致生态环境恶化；但二氧化碳又是宝贵的碳资源，广泛应用于石油开采、食品工业、机械加工等领域，对排放的二氧化碳进行回收和利用已成为世界各国关注的问题。本文概述了二氧化碳的应用和回收技术，介绍了中国石油锦西石化分公司15kt／a二氧化碳回收装置以制氢装置尾气中二氧化碳为原料，生产高纯度液体二氧化碳产品的情况。

Carbon dioxide is an important greenhouse gas that can lead to the deterioration of the ecological environment; but the gas is also the precious resources of carbon, it used in the oil exploitation, food industry, mechanical processing and other fields widely. The recovery and utilization of carbon dioxide exhausted have been concerned in the worldwide. It is summarized that the application of carbon dioxide and the recovery technology in this article, the production conditions of carbon dioxide recycled section in hydrogen plant with the carbon dioxide exhausted as raw material to be prepared liquid state high purity carbon dioxide of 15 kt/a introduced.
