摘    要:近年来河南油田采油一厂新建输油管线在投产初期发生多起断裂事故 ,严重影响了生产的正常进行。通过对新建输油管线投产初期断裂原因分析发现 ,管线受绝对约束时单方面的温度应力不会造成管线断裂 ,若约束条件不好或弹性敷设曲率半径过小时 ,综合应力大于管材许用应力 ,导致管线断裂。据此制定了防治措施 ,经现场应用取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In recent years, several pipeline rupture accidents occurred at the initial stage of production of the new pipelines in the No. 1 Oil Recovery Plant of Henan Oilfield Company resulting in serious negative effects on normal production. The initial cause analysis revealed that composite stress larger than the affordable stress of pipe material could lead to the rupture of pipeline when the constraints were not appropriate or the elastic laying curvature were too small. Various preventing measures are presented in this paper, the field application of which a-chieved good effects.
