| 摘 要： | 目的：研究糖尿病对老年糖尿病患者下肢静脉瓣膜功能损伤。方法：133例老年糖尿病患者行临床、双下肢静脉彩色多普勤检查，部份同时行下肢静脉顺行造影，结果用CEAP评分，与对照组比较。结果：老年DM组CEAP各项评分中临床表现严重程度及功能丧失评分明显高于对照组。老年糖尿病组受累血管以小腿部膪、胫前、胫后静脉，大隐静脉膝下段、小腿部交通静脉返流性受累多于对照组（P〈0．01），静脉瓣返流组合也以小腿部静脉明显。结论：老年糖尿病患者下肢慢性静脉瓣功能不全重干一般老年人，受累静脉损伤以小腿部静脉为主。提示糖尿病患者下肢静脉损伤为糖尿病足发病原因之一，应早期采取措施进行防治。
