基于ZigBee技术的汽车检测线制动检验台测控系统设计

摘    要:根据汽车检测线总体结构和制动检验台工作原理,提出了一种以ZigBee技术为核心的汽车检测线制动检验台测控系统方案,采用CC2430无线通信芯片和LPC2292微控制器为核心设计了数据采集终端节点和网络协调器,并对系统的数据收发过程以及无线网络组网过程进行了详细分析,实践证明,将短距离无线通信技术应用于汽车检测线系统,可以极大地简化检测线网络系统结构和降低成本。

Abstract:On the basis of the structure of automobile testing line’s and the principle of automobile braking tester,this article put forward an precept of measuring and controlling system of automobile brake tester centering on ZigBee technique,and designed the data collecting terminal node and network coordinator by CC2430 wireless communication chip and LPC2292 microcontroller.The article also analyzed system’ s data collecting-sending process and wireless network building process.The practice proved that it can not only simplify the network structure but also reduce the cost by applying the short-range wireless communication technique to automobile testing line.
