| 摘 要： | 对外汉语教师的道德修养和个体素质是直接关系到对外汉语教学事业发展水平和方向的重要因素。在对外汉语教学事业蓬勃发展的今天，面对教学过程出现的各种现象，加强教师职业道德修养，规范教师的教学行为，是每一个对外汉语教育工作者应积极探索和实践的课题。

| Abstract: | The CFL ( Chinese as a foreign language) teacher's ethic culture and his individual competence is one of the most important factors that bear on the overall situation of the development level and the trend of the CFL teaching. Thus, with the development of the CFL teaching in China, the CFL teachers should raise their professional ethics and standardize their teaching acts. |
