摘    要:介绍了某中跨钢桁梁桥拆卸阶段的施工方案,分析阐述应力监控对安全进行钢桁梁危桥抢修施工的重要意义。应用有限元软件MIDAS Civil对拆卸阶段中跨和下放吊架的应力应变进行仿真分析,对施工过程中的关键截面、关键工况进行应力监控,并通过图表形式对比分析实测值和理论计算值。结果表明:两者吻合较好,该有限元算法在理论上是精确的;结构的内力和变形均达到了设计要求,施工过程安全。

Abstract:The construction scheme on the steel girder midspan in the disassembling stage was introduced and the great significance of stress monitoring to the safe repair of the bridge with steel trusses was elaborated.Finite element software MIDAS Civil was applied to the stress strain simulation analysis on midspan and lowering hanger in disassembling process.The stress of key section and condition was monitored in the construction process.A comparative analysis was also made between the measured value and the calculated one.The results show that they are consistent with each other,and the inner force and deformation of the structure all meet the design requirements,which indicates that the construction process is safe.
