中心孔护管对椭圆形药型罩的数值模拟

摘    要:为了获得中心孔对椭圆形药型罩的影响规律,采用动力学有限元软件AUTODYN-2D对不同中心孔直径、护管厚度及起爆方式的椭圆形药型罩成型装药进行数值模拟研究;结果表明:当中心孔直径与椭圆形药型罩直径之比λ=0.25时,形成的侵彻体头部速度最高、成型效果最佳;护管可以改变侵彻体的形态,但护管厚度d的变化对侵彻体的成型效果影响不大;中心孔椭圆形药型罩的最佳起爆方式为正向环起爆。

Numerical Simulation of Oval Shaped Liners with A Center-Hole Protective Pipe
Abstract:In order to obtain the influence of the oval shaped liners with a center-hole,adopting the dynamic finite element software AUTODYN-2D,numerical simulation research with different central-hole diameter,protecting pipe thickness and the initiation of elliptic type medicine cover molding charge were processed. The results show that when lambda which the ratio of the diameter between the center-hole and the oval shaped liners is 0. 25,the head speed of the penetration is highest,forming effect of the penetration is best;But the change of the thickness of the enlarge tube d had a little effect for shaping effect on penetration;The best way to detonation of oval shaped liners with a center-hole is positive ring initiation.
