| 摘 要： | 研究开发的基于中端造型的平台 Solid Edge,是主要针对铸钢件 ,特别是大型铸钢件的砂型铸造工艺进行设计的三维铸造工艺 CAD系统。系统主要功能包括 :通用铸造工艺参数设计、冒口系统设计、阶梯式浇注系统设计、冷铁设计等。

| Abstract: | Based on a commercial CAD modeling system Solid Edge,the author has developed the 3D CAD system,which was specially designed for sand mould process of the steel castings (specially for large steel castings).The CAD system help the user to create the casting model from the product model by add machining allowances and drafts.Then the mass and volume as well as the modulus of different parts of the casting can be calculated precisely,as a result,suitable rigging system can be set for the casting.Finally,3D pattern assembly can be obtained by putting the rigging system together with the casting model after the CAE optimization. |
