基于欧姆龙PLC的太阳能聚光伺服跟踪系统的设计

摘    要:太阳能是一种具有开发潜能的能源,但目前太阳能的利用率不高,理论分析证明,采用跟踪技术可以提高37.7%的能量接收率。本文提出了基于可编程逻辑控制器PLC(ProgrammableLogicController)的太阳能跟踪系统,使光伏模块能实时跟踪太阳光照,从而获得最大的太阳能。太阳能跟踪系统构建了由光敏元件检测和比较,方位角和高度角双轴机械跟踪定位系统组成的自动控制装置。

Design of Solar Concentration and the Servo Tracking System Based on PLC
Abstract:Solar energy is a king of energy with great development potential, but current solar utilization is not efficient. Proved by theory analysis, that adopting the solar tracking technology can increase 37.7% by the rate of the energy receiving. The sun-tracking system based on PLC was studied. The photo-voltaic module in the system can track the sun simultaneously, then the maximum sun energy can be obtained .The sun tracking system structures it by photodiode measuring and comparative law, azimuth and vertical comer double axle machinery follow the automatic control device.
