| Abstract: | The principle and character of RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism), RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA), AFLP(Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism),SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat,or Microsatellite DNA) and ISSR(intersimple sequence repearts) are introduced in this article. On the other hand,it reviews the application and prospect of DNA molecular marker in forest tree genetic diversity,genetic resource, DNA fingerprint mapping and germplasm resource identification. |
