基于UG的汽车覆盖件检具基座结构分析

摘    要:为了提高汽车覆盖件精度,解决检具基座的变形问题,对检具基座进行了结构分析。在采集现场检具基座变形数据的基础上,利用UG建模模块进行基座实体建模。结合检具的实际工况给出边界条件,划分有限元网格和加载载荷,进行结构分析并获得了基座的位移和应力云图,反映出了检具在实际工况中的应力场分布规律。
