| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测龈沟液（GCF）中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1（sICAM-1）水平的变化,探讨盐酸米诺环素缓释软膏对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 28例慢性牙周炎（CP）患者,每人选择一颗磨牙作为实验组（基础治疗＋盐酸米诺环素缓释软膏治疗组）;以对侧同名牙作为对照组（基础治疗组）。分别在治疗前、治疗后4周时进行临床检查和sI-CAM-1浓度的测定。结果第4周时,实验组sICAM-1浓度、牙周袋探诊深度（PD）与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸米诺环素缓释软膏对牙周基础治疗有良好的辅助疗效。
